The previous prices will be honoured for any bookings made before 31st May 2026.

For the 13 plate evening tasting menu please allow approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.

Due to the small size of the restaurant and bespoke nature of our menus, reservations are essential.

We welcome children over the age of 12, but we do not offer a children’s menu or discounted children’s price.

Online reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. It is possible to make reservations within 24 hours of your chosen date subject to availability by calling Thirteen on 01202 376635.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to dine at Thirteen. We are a small independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. 

To secure your booking there is a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price per person. Please note that there is an additional £25pp premium for a seat at the Chef’s Table, also non-refundable.

Please note that any pre-purchased vouchers may not be used towards the booking deposit unless a prior arrangement has been made with the restaurant.  

Should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply:

• For cancellations made within 7 (seven) calendar days of your meal date, the deposit and premium paid for the Chef’s Table (if relevant) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please note that any premium paid for the Chef’s Table should be regarded as a deposit.  

For cancellations made more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the date of your booked meal there are two options: 

• If no further booking is made the deposit will be non-refundable.
• The deposit paid may be transferred to a new booking only ONCE subject to availability. Please contact us on 01202 376635 to discuss your new reservation.
• Please note that any premium paid for the Chef’s Table should be regarded as a deposit.  

Please call Thirteen on 01202 376635 to advise us if your party size changes no later than 7 calendar days before the table reservation time.  The cancellation policy applies to changes in numbers of previously booked tables. 

Card details are not stored by us but by an industry recognised third party. We use a company called ResDiary which processes the deposit payment when you book online. We use a company called BeePaid when you book directly via Thirteen. To process your online booking you must pay a deposit to complete the process, which means your table is confirmed. All deposits taken will be deducted from the eventual bill for your meal. 

If you have not received any expected email communication or deposit receipt from Thirteen after making your reservation, we ask you to check your email provider junk/spam inbox in case it has been directed there by your email inbox filter.  Call 01202 376635 if you have any questions. A non-receipt of email will not be accepted as a reason for missing the correct reservation date.  It is essential you enter your email address correctly when booking your table online. Thirteen will not be held responsible for bounced emails if your email is incorrect. We will however endeavour to ensure your booking is confirmed and will investigate a missing email providing you make us aware.

By making a reservation at Thirteen you agree to our reservation cancellation terms and conditions.  Please note that our prices may change and the prevailing prices per person for all menus will apply, regardless of the date when the booking was made. Gift Vouchers

• Treat your friends, family & colleagues to a meal at Thirteen! Purchase gift vouchers online here.
• If you would like to redeem your gift voucher, please make us aware at time of booking, and bring the original voucher with you to the reservation.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, and must be redeemed within this time.
• Our prices are changing as of 1st June 2026. We will honour the price per person specified on all vouchers purchased up to 31st May 2026.

Accessibility & Transport

• There are a couple of steps and narrow doorways in the restaurant. If you have any questions regarding accessibility please call us to discuss.
• There is unrestricted on-street parking on Ashley Road after 6pm, and during the day there is unrestricted parking on adjacent side roads e.g. Layton Road.
• There is a metered car park off Albert Road about 500 yds away.
• Thirteen is on a major bus and London coach route. The nearest railway station is half a mile away at Branksome, which is on the South West Main Line to London.
• Please note that we have a ‘one button’ call service facility with a local taxi service.

Other Information

• We welcome children over the age of 12, but we do not offer a children’s menu or discounted children’s price.
• Thirteen welcomes registered assistance dogs only.
• We recommend smart casual dress.
• We take all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
