South West Chef of the Year 2026 Competition

Our very own Head Chef Alex Naik was honoured to judge the Dorset Junior Chef final in the South West Chef of the Year 2026 competition at Coastland College, Weymouth on Monday 6th July 2026! Alex has worked in kitchens since he was a teenager, and knows being a chef is tough – it takes determination, creativity & a true love for cooking. He hopes to use his experience and skills to mentor Junior Chef category winner Agatha Magill when she joins us at Thirteen for training in preparation for the next stage of the competition in October 2026.
