Our Sample Menus
Our menus combine locally sourced and freshly foraged ingredients, often from our own kitchen garden, with innovative cooking techniques.
The menus focus on the quality and freshness of the ingredients used, reflecting seasonality and sustainability. Dishes are presented simply but beautifully. Because of this, the menus will always be changing and adapting to make the best of our wonderful produce.
We also give you the opportunity to complement the tasting menu flavours with a wine pairing option. The wines have been carefully chosen by Hem and reflect the structure of the flavours of each individual dish.

There is an option to have a wine flight to accompany your 6.5 or 13 plate tasting menu. Please be aware the wine pairing price is variable. It is an optional choice and does not need to be booked in advance. NB These are only SAMPLE food menus, the selection of dishes and prices are subject to change.
Thirteen will cater for dietary requirements or allergies as far as possible. Guests are required to make any dietary requirements or allergies known at time of booking.
Everyone at your table will have the same menu (6.5 / 13 / Sunday a la carte).

Our menu prices are per person and include VAT. We take all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
